Example of the coupon book and a Walgreens in-ad coupon. Also an illustration from a Walgreen's ad showing how to stack a manufacturer's coupon with a Walgreen's coupon.
At Walgreens there are several sources of Walgreen's store coupons.
These coupons can be combined with manufacturer's coupons and can even be combined with each other.
Every month Walgreens puts out a new coupon book. These are in the front of the store next to the circulars.
In the circulars there are also coupons. The coupons in the circular can be stacked with the coupons in the coupon book and a manufacturer's coupon.
A Walgreens coupon will reduce the price of each of that item (up to the limit on the coupon). For example, if you buy 2 candy bars at $1 and the Walgreens coupon gives you .50 cents off one, .50 cents will be deducted twice from your total, once for each bar you purchased.
You will occasionally find Walgreen's Store Coupons is in your Sunday paper and in your mailbox as well.
Every Monday, Wednesday & Thursday I post a list of new printable coupons from around the web.
Here is how to use this list:
1) Look through the list, then print coupons for:
- Items you normally buy.
- Items you'd like to try.
- Items you'd like to stock up on.
Don't overwhelm yourself by printing every coupon out there. They all expire and if you print coupons for things you don't use, you will just have wasted time and energy.
2) You can generally print each coupon two times. Hit the back button and then hit the refresh button of your browser to print the coupon for the second time.
3) Cut these coupons and then put them in your coupon box or binder for later use.
4) Wait for a sale to use these coupons to maximize your savings.
5) Keep your box with you in case you see an unadvertised sale or catch an item on a clearance rack.
6) Print these today, because many have limited prints and will only last a short time.
My Personal Favorites are bolded.
